The Fix My Problem service will help you fix a single problem for a flat fee. Our remote service technicians will diagnose and repair a problem, or provide training and advice.
Note that this service does not include on-site services, hardware, software, or OS replacement. We will follow our best effort policy to repair your problem using our remote services. This service is not available for customers who need a PC TuneUp or a Virus & Spyware Removal service.
