Intel® Remote PC Assist Technology, available in the latest PCs built using Intel vPro technology, enables you to make a fast call for help and request remote technical assistance from PlumChoice (service provider) directly from your PC.

This unique capability will help the service provider to remotely address a wide range of difficult software issues including severe situations where you may encounter a blue screen or a non-responsive machine that, until now, have required onsite visit.
